Terms of Service

Welcome to Wagers. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Wagers.

1. Who can use Wagers

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or place real-money wagers. Cash wagers are settled in your in-app wallet for friendly competition between people you know — Wagers is not a gambling operator, sportsbook, or casino, and we do not facilitate withdrawals to bank accounts or external payment instruments.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Don't impersonate anyone, scrape the service, or use it for anything illegal where you live.

3. Wallets, top-ups, and refunds

Top-ups via Stripe are credits to your in-app wallet for use within Wagers. Wallet credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Resolved markets distribute the loser pool minus a small house service fee (3% standard, 1.5% for Pro creators).

4. Markets and resolution

The creator of a market resolves it. If you believe a resolution was unfair, you have a 2-hour window from the time of resolution to flag it for admin review (use the "Flag this resolution" button on the market page). After 2 hours the result is final — buyer beware. Admins may, at their sole discretion, reopen a flagged market for the creator to resolve again, but are not obligated to side with either party in disputes between friends.

5. Wagers Pro

Pro is a recurring subscription with the perks listed at checkout. You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable use

No harassment, no illegal wagers, no markets on minors, no markets that could put anyone in physical danger. We can suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Disclaimers

Wagers is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service available and your data safe, but we don't warrant uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
